			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Looks like a spot of tea may be a way to lower blood pressure. A recent study at  Tufts University found that people were able to lower their systolic blood pressure by drinking as little as 3 cups of herbal hibiscus tea each day; this beneficial effect is thought to be the results of the tea&#8217;s high level of  antioxidants.</p>
<p>Again, a little tidbit from IDEA Fitness Journal/April 2010. Never underestimate Mother Nature and her ability to find a solution.</p>
