Thought I would like it. And I did.  BUT  …. what did  I really like? The idea  that people still care and trust in the human spirit and what it can achieve.   Isn’t that what we believe,  in the Fitness, Pilates,  Health, GYROTONIC, Yoga and any other area of Mind/Body/Spirit well being  world? Or isn’t that what we need to believe in? I say , “Yeah, Yeah Yeah.”  This is what our clients need and all of us as well. The spirit of the impossible dream and building  avenues to make it happen. Believe ! Life is short and I am aiming for Great Happiness.

Tired of what the news is pouring out in the media. I think it is time to create a new way…OPTIMISIM  and THE  BELIEF that we can  all just get along . Wow! Did I just write that ? What a cliche.  I am ready for something different.  How about you? Maybe, Pay It  Forward with a Blindside Moment. Or better yet, Blindside someone by Paying It Forward.

Oh, I must add I am a football fan, as well. Love it when my team wins.
