Fitness in Focus was founded by Cheryl Lemmer. She believes in the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle and brings an energy to her classes that can only be described as infectious. Her years of experience as a dance instructor and fitness trainer - specializing in pilates, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® - are complemented by her welcoming personality that makes classes enjoyable.

Well-traveled
Cheryl counts herself as fortunate to have taught and directed all over the country and abroad. Her career has brought her to such places as England, New York, California, Florida and many other locations over the years. She is available as a guest artist in virtually any corner of the United States.
